VIC Maximum Subsidy Grant eligibility for PR Holder

I am expecting my PR grant in the next few days

I am intending to buy a house in Melbourne immediately thereafter

I wanted to know the maximum subsidies and grants I am eligible to claim under various heads

This will be 1st home in Australia
We are husband and wife both working
We will be buying in Melbourne
Indian Passport holder
The house will be be around 600k
