Hello everyone, I'm working in a coffee shop and we're applying for a Liquor License, for which we need a Maximum Patron Capacity statement signed by a building surveyor. Since we already have a Red Line Plan of the premises I asked for some quotes, but I can't understand why they can be so expensive (400-700$); So here's my question: are those average prices or are they trying to take advantage from us? Thank you very much in advance,
    Franky
