    Advice:

    Is Marsden flood prone?

    I am looking at a house. 550K for a 750m2 house.... is this reasonable? Apparently it has a great public school...

    Areas near scrubby Creek, and some areas around overground drains, can get floody, or flash floody. Not everywhere tho

    Check the flood maps.

    Logan council has pretty good maps you can look at.
