    Any one experience dealing with Maroondah council for Subdivision etc. ? I am looking to buy in the council with a view to subdivide but want to do it quick than being stuck with council for ages!

    Any views or recommendations for other councils around the area ? New to Melbourne market so trying to get some views based on $$$ I want to spend

    we work all over the state. Average turn around for a "straight forward" planning applicaiton at the moment is running at around 5 months

    Oh, and don't believe any Council planner that tells you it can be done within 60 days. That's 60 "statutory days" and they have ways of restarting the clock to the KPIs look good nd suggest this.
