    Greetings all, Nice to join your forum.

    I was hoping for some advice. I need to sell an Investment Property. It's a 3 Key (Flat) property in Brisbane West suburb of Chapel Hill. It has a gross return of around 6% and a relatively high net return, as there is only one lot of Rates, Insurance, Utilities charges for the property.

    So I think it would be an ideal SMSF investment, with a return well above ve Bank deposit rates while still having Capital Growth potential.

    Can anyone suggest the best place to advertise this property to reach SMSF investors across Australia?
