WA Mandurah property manager recommendations

Hi everyone,
I would love to hear any recommendations for property managers in Mandurah. I'm currently looking for one. It seems like the average management fee is about 8.5-10% - does this sound right?

Most in Mandurah are very bad, my opinion from experience

same thoughts as yourself, but why pick local if its all bad

I’ve tried more than 3 local agents

I can only tell you from my personal experience I recommend this group, the experience has been excellent to date. They are professional and on the ball

I had Martine Hedges from Acton Mandurah as my rental agent when I was renting and although I can’t give a recommendation as an owner she was always on top of my inspections, suggesting things that should be rectified etc and communication was always great. She will be who I will use when I look to rent out my property.

It is normal for those fees across the board in WA

 

8.5-10% actually seems cheap for WA

 

@MTR just following up on this one.. its been a couple of years now, do you still recommend these guys?

I'm actually with them and find them to be very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them for property management.
