I'm still very unfamiliar with mortgages and wondering is anyone can assist? I read so often about LVR but don't fully understand it.. I haven't sold my property so don't know what exactly my budget is to buy but have a fairly good ballpark . I do have another property that I will probably need to use as equity combined with the amount from the sale of the other property. Just trying to figure out how much I am able to borrow (ballpark) on a property that is already encumbered.
