    Hi all,

I'm about to start another project however the area has low pressure sewer. This will be the first project that i've encountered with this challenge.

For those that have crossed this bridge, what were your learning's and things you would do differently next time? Any particular issues that I need to be concerned about?

    Appreciate your information in advance.

    Cheers
    Al

I project managed a low pressure sewer project and here are some of the things to think about:
If you are subdividing each property will require it's own pump.
The pump uses the houses power supply so power bills will be higher.
The sewage authority will only want to maintain one type of pump so its unlikely you will be able to get several really comptative quotes for the pumps and the pump wells.
You will need to site the pump so they can be easily accessed and they will be visible
