    They were quite selective when directing potential tenants my way. No issues so far.

    How long does it take for them to get the tenant in after one moved out? If you don't mind I ask.

    My place settled June last year. It was a hectic time with lots of rentals available since there had been lots of investor activity. It took about 4 to 5 weeks to find a tenant from memory, however they were selective in the tenants put forward.

    My first tenant signed up on a six month lease ( recommended by the agent ). They have just renewed again.

    If you are having trouble finding a tenant, make sure that the rent you are asking is in line with current rental values for the area.
