Looking for new tenants, do you ask your property manager to do home open or

    You are paying them, so ask whatever you want. If they can't accomodate you, consider moving to another agency.

    No. Just let it sit vacant for 6 months. Just think of the tax deductions.

    Even I have signed the contract, can I withdraw it and move to another agent?

    Eventually he agreed to do 1 home open to test the market even I told him at least he should do a few times for the next wk

    That sounds crazy - you're paying them to do a job. I would think it was only reasonable that they attempt to do that job. So far they have done about 3 minutes worth of work adding an online listing?

    who is your agent ?
    its ok to name the company ? have you tried DF&R in east perth ?

    Finally the guy did a few home open.

    Two were interested. Hopefully they will submit the application very soon.
