I’m looking to change PM and just wanted some suggestions and advice on what to look for and what to ask when screening new PM.

I have recently purchased a property in VIC but the tenant keeps sending payments late (twice up to 2 weeks behind). Obviously I am concerned this will affect my insurance (rental payments were up to date when I purchased the property).

    Thanks.

It doesn't affect your insurance, other than maybe needing to claim if eviction eventuates.

If the property is in Melbourne, talk to Samantha (@Lil Skater on here), she had 0 arrears for all of 2018.
