    Can anyone recommend a good organisation that is recognised across all Australian states for the purposes of conveyancing?

    The only firm I know of with offices in each State is HWL Ebsworth, however they don't do routine conveyancing in most States.

    Is there a reason you want the same firm for all of Australia?

    As above, the only conveyancers licensed in each state will be the major law firms - unless you want to pay for the convenience of having a $800/hr partner and a team of solicitors (different one in each state), go with a local.

    Predominantly VIC and QLD, a contact of mine is looking for a new organisation who can do 200-300 settlement completions annually.

    There are conveyancing firms around that do national but they don't tend to do it well, the work is done in the Philippines.

    We do QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT for volume players like your mate and would agent out other states so that they had one contact to run the whole thing.
