    I am looking for a Mortgage Broker and Property Solicitor for a land purchase

    Also looking for a builder in few months

    ME Bank does have a reasonable offering at the moment...

    @Shaq_01 you certainly need a solicitor or conveyancer licensed to operate in Victoria, but mortgage brokers can operate nationwide. If two brokers were otherwise equal, I'd choose the one that's physically accessible. Sometimes when stuff happens, having someone you can meet in person rather than having to wait for postage can make a difference.
