    Hi there,

    I'm looking to buy a property with my partner. I don't have any financial commitments at the moment. My partner on the otherhand currently has an existing loan (borrowed from bank with a another family member) for an investment property.

    Was wondering if there are any mortgage brokers that can help us out.

    I am sure there will be lots here you will offer their assistance.

    Just have to decide whether you want to meet someone in person or are happy with a broker who can provide assistance remotely.

    Subject to servicing their is no issue with your partner having an existing IP loan.

    I am also looking for a mortgage broker as a first home buyer. Online is fine.

    Is there a list of brokers besides Service Provider Directory ?

    There are probably about 30 brokers on this website. Why not go and browse a few threads and read some posts and choose one you like.
