    I am looking for IP in Brisbane and my max budget is 600K. I am not much familiar with Brisbane so i was looking for help to narrow down affordable suburbs.
    main criteria for my search is Growth Potential,Decent land component within 10-20 K from CBD,
    Long term investment.
    Based on my search i found below suburbs and surrounding areas most people with similar budget are looking but i am very new so i don't have much knowledge and i am not sure if my budget will buy anything decent in these areas.
    • Chermside west, qld 4032
    • keperra, qld 4054;
    • mitchelton, qld 4
    • Everton park, qld 4053;

    • holland park, qld 4121;

    All the suburbs you have mentioned spot on but you are a tad late by 6-9 months, may be buy next to those suburbs that have not grown yet but i doubt, good luck

    I'd say 600k would be a struggle in those areas. You will need to consider going further out.

    Get into the start of Logan council area further down south, it might be affordable for your budget

    Unfortunately with your $600K budget you will already be priced out of the suburbs you have listed. To achieve strong growth in the future you must not just consider distance from the CBD in Brisbane - you must also consider the corridors that have the most future land supply. Remember growth occurs when supply is limited and demand is high.
    When the market is strong (as it is right now) most areas rise in value. But when the market is not so strong, only select locations with low supply and high demand continue to rise in value.
    Keep this in mind when you are considering locations and best of luck!
