    Hello

    My partner is looking to turn her PPOR into an investment property so that we can purchase a joint property together.
    We are looking for a financial advisor in the Parramatta area that deals specifically in investment propertys and can crunch the figures for my partner.

    We are not looking for someone to sell us their products as we are seeking advise on how to restructure in preparation to buy a joint property.

    We will both need to refinance when this occurs.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    This is probably tax advice rather than financial. Is it something your accountant tax agent can do?
