Throw in a few Vietnamese dishese and call it "Uncle Ho's".

When we were at Uni in Bathurst we used to go to a place affectionately known as 'Greasy Micks' (which incidentally was next to a second hand shop we called 'Steve's Stolen Goods!')

I don't think the name means that much..
    As long as its identifiable.
I frequent 5 or so ace burger places in Melbourne and I have never thought twice about their names....

The only time it may be relevant is if the shop is themed.. Eg 8-bit burgers in Footscray is themed around 8 bit graphic video games, with the menu items named after certain games, for example the " double dragon" is the double meat, cheese, bacon burger.. Etc ect..

So if your not going to that extent of fitting the place out around a theme then for mine call it what you like..

I was going to say as long as it's not the same as my preferred local which is "Still Flippin' " as I don't really want my fish to be still flipping... but then again I've remembered the name so it's worked in that respect.

    • The Frying Squad
    • Frying Nemo
    • I Believe I Can Fry
    • Bigger Better Burgers
    • FCnB Hub (Fish Chip and Burger)
    • The Takeaway Shop

And if I ever open up a noodle shop I am calling it Wok On (TM) :p

A friend of mine swears that there used to be a Vietnamese place called Dum phuc.

On Wellington Rd in Rowville, there used to be a fish and chip shop called Eating Nemo.

    Another vote for LouLou's

Coz when you say it out loud, it sounds like Loo-burger.

I'm going to Loo Burger... not the image you want.
