    Hi guys, like to see if anyone has had good experience with a rental manger located in Townsville. My property is located near Kirwin. Presently, I'm with a large mainstream agency with constant churn and keen to shift to a smaller outfit. Any suggestions gratefully received!

    I was there 5 years.
    Popped out for a year but back again. Paperwork is always good and they are responsive.
