Looking for a Commercial Warehouse/factory

    Fellow members,

    I am currently in search for a commercial factory/warehouse to buy.

    Some requirements:

    - Has to be fairly new
    - Possibly light goods warehouse
    - Possibly tennanted with a premium client.
    - Area/region - Not looking in a specific suburb however open to commercial regions of NSW and QLD. Was looking around Ingelburn, Campbelltown, St mary's, Penrith etc

    Can you provide any ideas/leads or refer to a reliable commercail real estate agent?

    I am happy to PM our budget.
