    hi guys

    long time lurker, i am in the process of setting up a business to sell house and land packages and wanted to know if there were any Accountants out there who specialise in setting up this sort of transaction structure ?

    also looking for legal professionals to help set this up the right way ..

    The issues are quite straight forward. One of the problems is the land subject to margin scheme. Once understood its a issue for contract negotiations to protect profit
