    I do remember many of his posts, do you? and we have had a couple of discussions/pms I never had a problem with Mark, perhaps some did, does not mean I agree with everything he had to say?? whats the issue

    Are we talking about the same person?

    Mark never posted about real estate investing and was one of the most damaged and misogynistic people I've ever come across.

    I even had to ban him from the chatroom because I was sickened by his endless rants which were thoroughly demeaning towards women. It wasn't just once or twice, it was all the time - it was all he ever wanted to talk about.

    He added zero value to this forum.

    Its a forum and there are many personalities, some people you click with and some you don't, and that is perfectly fine as long we are respectful, that is what I think is important. I think this forum has come a long way from say 6 months ago.

    leave it at that I guess.

    I did start this thread as a way of connecting with SS/PC members who no longer post, some will be controversial characters for sure, that's life:)

    Totally agree! A very twisted & bitter individual! The name 'Mr Fabulous' suited him to a T. It was exactly what he thought of himself! Other men rated almost as high, while women should be kept at home barefoot & pregnant unless they were 'high value' women, which meant women who were young enough, pretty enough and perhaps silly enough, and with enough loose morals to be seen on his arm.
