Logan reno contractors? Cost to paint external facade?

    Hi all,

    I have a property needing a full reno (new kitchen, bathroom, new flooring throughout, fix staircase, paint etc) in the Logan area and was wondering if anyone can recommend tradespeople that would be suitable?

    Also, my property manager seems to think it will cost around $10k to paint the external facade of the house (it's a highset) but seems excessive - has anyone done this recently?

    I'd say if you rely on your property manager to manage a reno like this you might be paying a lot more than you really need to and the end result might not be to a good standard. Hard to find PM's who have the time to meet contractors onsite and work through the finer details.

    I help interstate investors with renovations/management of trades Brisbane, what suburb is the property in?
