    Hi All,

    I have been looking in the Logan City Region and am struggling to decide where to refine my search to.

    I am looking for a house - preferably 3+ bedroom on a 600sqm+ block of land.

    Budget around $350k. Any suggestions? I understand areas such as Kingston are a bit rougher and that's why they are substantially cheaper.

    I bought one in 2014 and another 2015
    Doing well so far, I believe more FHB and OO than the northern suburbs but still not a great demographic, need a good manager.
