Local Agent Finder or Local Agent Failure

    Go on realestate.com.au or domain.com.au or whatever, search in your suburb, and then find a bunch of opens. Attend them, and get rid of the agents you didn't rate (either because of their poor brochures, poor follow up, whatever). From there you should have a shortlist of less than 5. That's how I chose mine.

    I already have an agent/agency in mind, but .....
    Thought I'd look up this site to see what the going rate of commission was :rolleyes:
    Wouldn't normally fill in my details but it's like a carrot, so I get the email with a link that will put me in touch with 3 agents (but I don't click it, I don't want contact, just the reviews and prices).
    An hour later I get a call from Local Agent Finder, blah blah', I just wanted to look at tbe reviews and rates", we can do that for you, I will email you.......
    Then the agents start ringing (I never agreed to thiso_O)
