    hi,
    I have $ 367,000 investment loans with STG at 4.86. I want to try and get a better deal. Looking for p&i loan.
    The current loans have redraw and offset facilities and fortnightly payments.
    Any suggestions to get my search started.

    4.86% for P&I seems high. You could do much better than this.

    Without knowing your goals on where you are heading, and knowing about your circumstances, it is hard to give suggestions....its like going to a doctor, and asking them to prescribe you medicine without them taking your history.

    Best to get credit advice specific to your circumstances.

    Yes I understand that there is more involved, which I would Take into consideration when researching. Not looking at making a decision based on what people say- just starting my research.

    Still interested in what others have to say.

    Yes I think it is high as well.

    What LVR is your loan? You may be better off negotiating and/or fixing with st g if you’ve paid LMI.
