    This guy was living in whoop whoop near the Cambodian border. He was living like a local, catching frogs for dinner etc.

    I went to Vientian 2 years ago and I thought it was more expensive than Thailand, But I guess it is the capital and would be cheaper than Bangkok. Great place with nice bakeries, language is easier to learn than Thai and easier to write because they seem to have reformed the archaic spelling system of Thai. Would love to go back and spend a month there.
