    In the process of looking at the next place to live and develop the backyard.

    Has anyone looked or bought in the maroondah/knox area? is it feasible to do?

    What kind of returns did you notice?
    What advice do you suggest ?

    Purchase price will be up to 640k, Aim is to find a house i can reno and then develop the back whilst i live in the front.

    Any information would be great

    What kind of costs did you get for sub division and then construction ?
