    Hi all,

Just found out one of my rural properties was recently struck by lightning. Not too much damage was caused however what is a solution to divert lightning to the ground and/or away from the property?

Would a lightning rod be a good solution and if so, where to order one?

    Thanks
    Al

Plant tall trees near the house so they are taller and an easier route to earth for the lightning.

Open a putting green nearby and charge half price in inclement weather on the condition they hold their clubs in the air when not in use.

Yep already have approximately 30 mature pine trees within approximately 100m. Didn't help on this occasion.
