    Agreed! I've lowballed many a time, and bought deceased estates. Some would say I'm taking advantage, I say it's business. I'd never accept a low ball offer on one of my properties, and I'm sure most feel the same. Why do people accept it? They have their own reasons, and sometimes your low offer helps the vendor get out of a bad situation.

    Agree. I can take as much as I dish out. Even more. During covid I got some big time low ball offers and I never took it personally. Even though I lost many thousands in staging. I just said no thanks. I even told the agent I don't blame them, I'd do the same!

    Listing those very soon and guess what?? This time round It's gonna be my bloody turn to have fun with the buyers ;)
