Lenders who allow offset account on a 100% Fixed Loan

    Besides ANZ's 1year Fixed Loan, are there any other lenders who allow a 100% offset account on a fixed loan? I'm wondering if there's lenders that allow an offset for longer than 1 year

    one can achieve similar outcomes in many scenarios by using a cocktail of variable with offset and fixed .

    Yep, we have 100% offset available with our fixed Heritage mortgage.

    We were naïve and just looking for the low rate. It is an unlocked-for bonus for us.

    Rolf is correct, majority of variable rates is now cheaper fixed rates, thus a good mixture may work out more beneficial.
