    Looking for $350000 to refinance remaining loan. House value around $850000. Currently able to get 3.64%. Is there anything better than that out there? Please PM me your number so she can get in touch with you.

    If the rate is the priority, take the 3.64%.

    If just chasing the cheapest rate then you dont need a broker just a google search.

    3.64 sound sweet

    there are online lenders that will provide a lower rate i believe, if 10 or 15 pts will make the difference

    Often having the right product,and using it the right way saves more in real cost than headline rate......but not always

    If rates no 1 priority, you'll find cheaper non broker options. 3.64% is pretty sharp though.
