Lend Power is a Mortgage Broking business based in Sydney, with the aim to help all Australians develop a retirement plan not just by relying on Super and pension, but to achieve comfortable retirement via accumulating long term property portfolio and wealth creation.

After attending numerous meetups, Founder and Director David Shih noticed the following common observations:
- Plenty of Australians are caught up with their day-to-day life and have not really thought about their financial future/retirement planning
- For those who have they either do not have a clear, measurable goal or do not know what they need, or how to get there

As such, Lend Power was born with the purpose to help guide and solve this problem and create a brighter retirement life for all of us. And David is currently on a mission to help them achieve this via structured finance, education, and step-by-step guidance to ensure success in their property purchase and throughout clients investment journey.
