    Lawyer /advice wanted for help in a messy manipulative situation involving jointly owned home after marriage breakdown; access (or not) to it; what rights / actions could be taken.

    General rule of thumb from what I've seen is on separation where there are kids, Hubby moves out, I guess when it gets to that stage someone has to move out and its not in the best interest to uproot the kids
