I need to find a VERY SOUND property lawyer suitable for larger scale developers who are all out of their depth and needing a good solicitor. No conveyancers. Size 30-150 lot size both NSW land and units. Almost exclusively residential but some under building commercial "could" be encountered. Capable of handling end to end incl acquisitions through to conveyance. Must also know strata etc etc. Any recommendations? MUST be a gun at development activities, structures and methods incl duty, options and a range of strategies. Anywhere in Sydney preferred. Ideally NW but that shouldnt be taken as a necessity. Will need to be someone with a small focussed team as these are qualified developers seeking expert support. PM me
