    14 years!
Remember watching it when I was working at Amex in the early - mid 2000's....

    It will be missed. #Mythbusted.

Funny how tv viewing cycles work - at one stage Mythbusters was compulsory viewing, and then we got bored with it and found something new - same with Top Gear, Pickers, Pawn Stars, Turtleman and a million other shows going right back to Hey Hey

I went to the myth busters concert.

The Perth entertainment centre banned the use of fire or explosives so it really amounted to the guys showing how levers work.

Still sad that the show is shutting.

Our boys used to love this show, and of course that meant we got to watch it as well. I remember being chuffed when we found out one was from near Brisbane (from memory).

I reckon it would have been a great show to be part of, good fun.

100%! I had to do some analysis at work (in my Amex days) way back maybe 2006/2007. I can't remember exactly what that analysis was about, but I remember my conclusion of it was... mythbusted! And it was a very popular show back then, so my colleagues understood what that result meant, no further explanation required.

    Ha ha. Oh Perth.
Never ceases to disappoint just how concervative we are.

If there is fun to be banned, dead set you'll have a committee ready to ban it

Exactly! What is myth busters without an explosion or something being destroyed.

Who cares about the lifting power of a lever?
