I don't think I could continue to live with someone who has a grudge on me big enough to rat me into the PM and try get me evicted lol. Sounds like a terrible living arrangement on both accounts. I'd either move out, change your diet or learn to flush.
Also have you tried a deep clean? If you let bleach sit in it over night then flush then use dishwashing liquid and hot water (not boiling) it will clear out the pipes and where the pressure funnel is.

Another trick that works is if you can turn off the water and clear most of the water out of the bowl then use bicarbonate soda and vinegar it will also remove the deposits which gives a stronger flush.

Share houses/ HMOs do suck big time when people get petty.
How much does it cost to rent there? Maybe it's time to look at another place.

Thanks yeah, I just wouldn’t think that it would be my responsibility to clean the pipelining of the toilets. I think it’s fairly unreasonable.

I actually had a similar problem a month ago where the feaces would sit at the bottom and not really flush although the toilet paper would. After doing those tricks a few times over 24 hours it works completely fine now.

I mean you're literally just pouring some bleech and hot water in and letting it sit. I'd be pretty livid as a landlord if my tenant expected me to call a plumber for a couple hundred $ for something so easily fixed.

I'd lodge a maintenance complaint that the toilet isn't functioning as designed, being to flush the 5lt half/9lt full flush !!!
As any toilet when used reasonably should flush everything when full flush is pushed !
(Unless a 5 year old puts most of a toilet roll in the bowl, that takes two flushes:p)

Change your diet to vegetables and lean meat, reduce the heavy carbs. Start going twice a day instead of once thereby reducing the quantity of each output

It's like $5 I'd just let your housemates know what you're gonna do and do it over night so hopefully no one uses the toilet. I don't think you would get away with a maintenance request cause your housemates might just say the toilets fine.

The problem as the OP states is that it doesn't go down, not up.

If there was a real issue, it's that the toilet seat is left up & not put down.

You need to get to the bottom of this, ask them to prove it was you, that **** will never stick, if there's no proof of the code brown, there's nothing to go on

Maybe I am missing something, but I am thinking this is an issue which you have been warned about and which is causing tension, and one which has an easy fix. You know it's a problem, why don't you just make the minimal effort to make sure the toilet is flushed properly and clean each time you leave it?

Its really not that hard. Even my kids, including the 6 year old, has to do this. And if they don't do it themselves, they get hauled back there by me to clean it. A toilet brush is kept by the loo for just that purpose, if the flush isn't effective on it's own. Your an adult. It's really not too much to ask you keep the toilet clean after you use it.

I could be wrong, but I'm guessing you are male and used to having others clean things for you, for you to think it's not a big deal to leave the toilet not quite flushed properly.
