Landlord Bonds...Are they serious?

    Probably the PMs trust account, or the same authority who holds the tenant's bond if there is no PM?
    Tenants don't earn interest on their bond money, so guess the landlords wouldn't either.

    Touche, Dabbler. It seems brain farts are much more common than one would guess.

    Something the judge in Rebel Wilson's defamation case against Bauer Media might possibly be considering, in relation to damages to be awarded to her.

    Maybe he read your post?

    I do not know.

    But some of the stuff in the media is possibly as baseless as the claims that led to case by Rebel ?

    I see a bunch of people who have a megaphone pushing what they or the companies they work for want screaming down the mic ?

    This is what we seem to have these days, a very vocal minority on issues they hold close. But I could be wrong ?
