Land with easement

    Looking at a land of 590sqm square size, with two street facings. But the thing is in one of the internal border has a 1m drainage and sewerage easement all the way. Does that restrict the subdivision much?

    Which council?

    In Adelaide's outer suburbs, just about every block has an easement like that. It changes very little, since there needs to be a setback from boundary anyway.
