Land valuation before Loan

    Hi All ,

    I will be building my own home in Bardia next to Edmondson Park next year as I am waiting for land to register.
    As of now I have not availed bank loan.

    This question is for people who are done with Land Registration before construction.

    Can you all suggest if there was any difference in LAND VALUATIONS during bank loan.
    Means the price which bank assessed for loan was lower than purchase price ?

    Any suggestions will be helpful.
