all our properties are in WA with different ownership between my husband and I eg I have 1% 10% 40% and 50%
Yet we have received a land tax bill ( for the first time) in both our names.

Yet separately the ownership levels would not accrue the tax.

Is this correct as we are married the ownership percentages mean nothing to the wa land tax office?

Ownership in the same names results in aggregation, regardless of the percentages.
