From an investors perspective, does it really matter on value if you purchase a new house/townhouse on 300m2 to 450m2 land? you will not be able to develop unless it was a parcel of land inner city. so do you go for quality build with promising location it an established home on a block that’s 500m2 or bigger. additionally, does the depreciation schedule on a New House and Land outweigh an older property that MAY have higher capital growth if you’re an investor ?? thanks for your replies
