    Hello all, I am looking at getting a lot which is due to release in Jan - Mar 2023. I would like your thoughts on the potential of a lot in this estate considering there is quite a few developments coming up in the area, including station, schools, town centre etc and lendlease is comparing it to Caroline Springs.

    What are your thoughts on this from a 12-36 month perspectivee, considering a ~420 sq is going for about 350k+.

    I plan to build there and hold for atleast 5-7 years. Keen to know your thoughts.
