Such a sad story for a heritage building ....... He said she said, both the owner and council should be disgraced with this !
Thankfully, someone will renovate it. I'm wondering what any developer would get out of this when it seems the land is unable to be split. If I was 20 years younger and $10m richer, I'd love to tackle this.
