Thought some people might find this interesting. Video tour of heritage listed Lamb House in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. Looks like the squatters living here have the best views in Brisbane.

    Is it your place?
The squatters appear to have been helping remodel the bathrooms for you.

Not mine but after seeing that view I'm thinking about moving in! Rent looks cheap.

would like to know what the "deal" could be

Brisbane property developer Kevin Seymour submits offer to buy derelict heritage-listed Lamb House

"Mr Seymour said he would either sell the house after renovating it or try to "strike a deal" with the council or state government to open it to the public"

Such a sad story for a heritage building .......
He said she said, both the owner and council should be disgraced with this !

I hope the sale goes to a company who allows Restoration Australia to follow the project.

Thankfully, someone will renovate it. I'm wondering what any developer would get out of this when it seems the land is unable to be split.

If I was 20 years younger and $10m richer, I'd love to tackle this.

They may do it for the personal achievement.... Imagine their legacy left after he or she passes.

Agree. I would watch it with great interest. Maybe Restoration Australia or something like that...
