    Just looked on Domain, great bargains around the North side of the NSW Central Coast , houses in the early 300's with rents nearly $400 weekly.

    It seems prices have gone down a bit in this area comparing it to the buying frenzy last July where i had to abuse Real estate agents to get them to notice me !

    Now i can just relax and haggle haggle haggle

    San Remo i will haggle

    80 minute drive to Sydney City ,close to freeway and shops.

    Im ready to buy my 3rd IP in the Gorokan and Lake Haven areas.

    You have a mixture actually... There are some pockets of Housing Dept near the Lake Haven shopping centre and lovely private houses too.

    working families, single mums with kids, unemployed families etc.

    My tenants are IP 1 , 2 bedroom , 10 minute walk to Lake Haven Shopping Centre , plumber and his wife no kids , $350 week

    Ip 2 , 2 bedroom townhouse , 2 x international students( was going to say Asian students but last time I was acussed of being Racist:rolleyes:) working at Lake Haven shopping centre .5 minute walk to shopping centre ..$350 week rent

    Don't understand how the price there is even more expensive than house 30km from Brisbane city!
