    Hi Folks,

    I've just joined PropertyChat after many years since the old Somersoft forum. I see by the list of members that there are many old names that I remember.

    From about 2005-on, the forum was a huge factor in my 'success' with property investing that set me up financially and enabled me to gear into other investments. So I have fond memories.

    Currently in the US for the last 3 years, but finally coming home to Melbourne in Oct :D

    Hoping to continue to get good advice and info from PropertyChat.
