    Congrats Taku! Awesome buy.

    Knocking down in 10 years and building a nice spec home sounds like a good plan. Are there many new builds in the area at the moment? Do you know what a nice 4x2x2 home would sell for now?

    300k is a great price for scarborough. Have owned a property there since the year 2000. Price would be closer to 400k in this market. Nice purchase! Congrats.

    Very good spot.... easy walk to beach....

    We have purchased two at auction in Brisbane and do feel at an advantage buying this way.

    Qlders are not as accustomed to the "unconditional" nature of auctions.
