    Hopefully you are right.

    I guess "destroyed" may be a bit strong - but it has been functioning for a very long time without too many hassles, and all of a sudden the Gubb want to Unionise it - and everyone in it is a volunteer pretty much.

    To Unionise that organisation would be unnecessary, I believe - as almost the entire admin Staff who have now resigned - believe.

    A lot of those blokes do it because it is a bit of a hobby, an outlet, a chance to do something that is worthwhile and useful for their community - without all the BS that goes with Unionising anything...the rules, the regs and so forth.

    A lot of those volunteers might just say; "You know what; I don't need this BS; I'm out".
