    The council just adopted the redevelopment neighborhood plan only a few days ago.

    I think over time they will do pretty well, if the plans I saw go ahead it will add value.

    Absolutely. That was indication from all the data.
    Wish i had spare cash at that time and the current knowledge. It would've been a great decision to invest in Hemmant for 3-5year strategy. I think there's still more room to grow though.

    PS look for 56 sale price later, someone has been doing renos.

    Violet st is staying residential. It is pretty well placed, very close to train too, plenty of commercial around there and port so probably always be rented.

    Will be interesting to watch over coming years.
