QLD Is this Stormwater drainage an iussue for this property?

    Hi Guys,

    I was recently looking at a property, but in the backyard of the house next to the fence, there is a stormwater drainage line that crosses the entire lot.

    But the title search document does not show that it is an easement.

    I have a few questions about this line.

    1. is this pipe an easement?
    2. Will this line affect the value of my land?
    3. Is this stormwater line in the backyard a good thing or a bad thing for the house?
