    I'm no expert ,but from whatever research I've been able to do over the past six month's on the inner southside of Brisbane on small 4 -5 pack unit blocks..

    There seems to be a change ,even with the very limited amount on the market..

    Six months go ,most were 60-80k behind what they paid 7-9 years ago,but now they seem to be going back up very quickly .. imho..

    They are the best value properties in Brisbane. 400 can get you a nice sized unit in a blue chip nice street. Wouldn't be at all surprised if they were moving.
